All deliveries made by Tiger Safety will be made using a combination of Royal Mail and MyHermes for smaller deliveries and DPD for larger deliveries. Some local deliveries within the North West of England may be made using one of our own delivery vehicles. All deliveries are expected to be made between 2-7 working days.

Returns are accepted at Tiger Safety with a no quibble policy providing that all items are returned with original packaging and any items which come tagged such as hi visibility jackets, work clothes or work trousers must remain intact. Prior notice to any item to be returned must be given to our sales team, this is to ensure the quickest possible processing time for your refund.

This covers all administration costs, packaging and re-posting of swapped goods. This processing fee can be made either via Paypal or cheque/ postal order made payable to AAP Wholesale.
