Failure to do this with result in an Unpaid Sellers Dispute being opened to reclaim our charged fees
If you wish to have your item sent to The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles or any other offshore location still classed as UK then there will be a surcharge, this is because we incur this cost from our carriers to send any high value items to all of these locations. This will be included in the postage quoted for the item with your postcode.
If you would like to return an item to us please contact us and wait for our authorisation before sending the item back.
Returning an item without following this procedure will delay the return and may incur further costs.
When returning an item please enclose a copy of your original invoice, cover note and your contact details to the address on top of the invoice.
Please note that failure to provide the paperwork requested will delay the return, until such paperwork can be provided.
Refunds can only be considered if the goods are returned un-used, in original packaging and with tags, where applicable, still in place.
In line with our returns policy, stated in our terms and conditions on our eBay listings, all returns may attract a re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The buyer is liable for any return postal charges, as stated in our terms, stated on all listings.
Please return the item by Royal Mail standard post.
Helmets will only be exchanged for the next size up or down, as long as the sticker on the visor has not been removed, the helmet is in 100% pristine condition, with no signs of wear. As this is a safety device, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
