Musical Training The flexible schedules of the Academy allow a musical training of 3 to 4 hours a day for each student. All play piano as a first instrument and benefit from private piano lessons. The other components of basic training are music theory and singing. In addition, each chooses a speciality which can be a second instrument or a deepening of the piano or the practice of singing as a soloist. The emphasis is on polyphonic choral singing. Several students are learning the organ and singing direction, and may be, tomorrow, at the service of beautiful liturgies in our Churches! Below Samuel Barbër's Agnus Dei sung on Mars 20 in Reims. It will be part of the works recorded on our first CD.
