This is sweet little girls handmade item bought in an open market in Pakistan - it does not have any labels or sizing but appears to be made of all cotton textured fabric with white eyelet details and is about a little girls 5 or 6 in an American size.  The kameez (top) chest measures about 14" across (28" total), shoulders are 11 1/2" across, sleeves are 13" from shoulder to cuff, and sleeve opening is about 5 1/2" across (11" total).  Over all length of the kameez is 28"

The salwar (pants) have an elastic waist which measures about 21" but could fit up to a 30" waist when extended, front crotch drop is about 12", inseam is about 14" and over all length is 26".  Details include a hook & eye closure on the back of the top, embroidery on front and side slits at the bottom.  Please keep in mind that this is a garment that is handmade, & there are some stitching irregularities and some interior seams are unfinished (not serged) but is very charming and durable,  and would be good for a party, costume or cosplay.  It does not include a dupatta (scarf) but a white one would do nicely.
