Postage charged is actual cost to post anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Unfortunately we cannot reduce this cost.

PAYMENT is to be made within 5 working days (from date of purchase).
Payment can be made by PayPal, Direct Debit into our bank account or by cheque/money order.

Your items will be posted within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment. If payment is received over the weekend, your item will be posted Monday.
Price includes packaging fees.
Prices quoted are for regular mail. Express post or Registered Mail is available for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to use these options.
There are no stocking or handling fees.
We will endeavour to package our items to ensure they arrive to you in excellent condition. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

WARRANTY
We offer a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. If during this time you have any problems, please contact us. We will either replace the faulty part or refund you in full.
We may require you to return the faulty item or the whole kit at your initial cost. Upon receipt of the returned item, our product quality team will test the product to determine why the part is not working. If it is the manufacturers fault, we will refund your return postage to us and either replace the part or refund you.
The manufacturers test every product before it leaves their factory , therefore we do not anticipate you will have any issues with our product. We provide this warranty to give you peace of mind in purchasing one of our products.
