If for any reason you deem our product to be defective, contact us first and we'll try to find a solution. If the problem cannot be resolved we'll be happy to assist you through the return process. We have a 30-Day return policy.

Products that have been opened will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and any missing or damaged parts will also be charged as per our Seller Protection Policy.

Seller Protection Note: We only refund once item is returned and vetted. Refund is based on item’s condition. If return is not due to defect or error on our part, return shipping will be charged through partial refund.

Unregistered users: We can only alter a transaction (refunds, cancellation, update shipping status, etc.) with original buyer’s account. We have right to refuse requests or not respond to alternate accounts contacting us on behalf of another account (especially unregistered).
