We ship orders Australia-wide via Australia Post  (as the priority) . Where available, tracking numbers are generally updated within 24 hours after the item is posted.

For eBay Click and Collect service, we will require payment before we can ship the item to the buyer's chosen Woolworths or Big W store.

Australia Post

Australia Post has the widest network coverage over Australia. Australia Post has an online tracking system (Excluding Standard Mail) where customers can trace and track their order with the tracking details provided. For small letters, we will be shipping via standard delivery via AusPost. Shipping via AusPost will be via eParcel, Registered Mail, Express Mail and Standard Mail. eParcel and Registered Mail requires a signature upon delivery, where the customer has to provide a signature upon receiving the package. Standard Mail and Express Mail does not have this service.

Delivery time frame provided by AusPost for deliveries within Australia is between 1-10 days.
Please note we ship orders to address provided on eBay. Customers need to make sure the shipping address provided on eBay is exact and accurate.

Any parcel delivered will require a signature from the customer. Upon signing, the transaction will be concluded. We do not accept claims for parcels where the shipping company has obtained a signature from any person at the receiver's address.

Returns Policy:

If all Terms and Conditions are met, we accept the following Returns and Warranty Claims:

We Provide a 12 Month Return-to-base Warranty for all computers purchased from our eBay store (starting from the date purchased). Our technicians may take up to 14 business days to complete any return-to-base warranty claims. Products made from other manufacturers will have their own warranty information regarding faults/repairs. Please check with the manufacturer for any warranty return information. We may advise that your warranty will need to be processed through the manufacturer as they will be better positioned to process their warranty claims for repair or replacement.
If you require a cancellation of your item before the item has been dispatched, a full refund will be given.
For any change-of-mind transactions after the item has been dispatched, before the 30-day period has ended, you may return the item to us in which a full refund will be given which includes a minimum 15% restocking fee. All items must be unopened in the original packaging
The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs for change-of-mind transactions.  If the item is no longer in merchantable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Any DOA (Dead on Arrival) items received will be replaced, repaired, or refunded. The DOA claim must be made within 7 business days of receiving the item.
All items will need to be packed in the original packaging. This includes all accessories, manuals, and cables included in the original item. If our technicians test the item to be NOT faulty, damaged, or DOA we may decline your right for a DOA claim (restocking fees may apply to full refunds).  We may take up to 3 weeks from the time we receive the DOA items to resolve your claim.

PC Systems:
PC systems are covered by a one year warranty (from date of purchase). If your PC is faulty during this period, you can return it to us for repair (shipping fees may apply). Return shipping fees are covered by a return label for:

Any computer arrived damaged during freight (Must be notified within 3 days after delivery)
Dead on Arrival (Must be notified within the first week after purchase).
Does your monitor have a Dead Pixel or Back-light bleeding? Check the warranty policy of the manufacturer of the monitor to see if dead pixels or back light bleeding are covered by their respective warranty. To claim these under warranty, proceed to claim directly with manufacturer.

For any missing items:

Please check all tracking numbers provided in your shipment as there may be more than one consignment number in your shipment. 
Contact us through eBay if you have any issues regarding missing items during transit. We will be happy to assist to our best ability to ensure all your items arrive safely and promptly.
Check to make sure the address on your eBay order is correct before placing an order as this can be changed before any extra shipping charges may occur for an incorrect delivery address.
Contact us immediately if there occurs to be any errors in the shipping contact details on your order.  We ship items to the address provided by eBay, not PayPal.
