Warranty & Maintenance

 

1,We provide14 days replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Accessories comes with 3 month warranty .Items can be replaced during the 14 days upon receive the package or maintained for the first year.

2,Each item will be checked and tested carefully by our QC before sent out.

3,Unlimited Technical Service is offered through e-mails, on-line chatting, remote-control service by engineers. 

4, Please make sure it is the item you want before order it, if you made a mistake and order a wrong item, we accept 7-day Money back & Exchange. But Buyers should cover shipping cost both ways.

5,Buyer are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problems components rather than the entire package).

6, Before returning the items, please make sure you get our( the seller’s)return address, and write the “Gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange it as soon as possible.

 

Shipping:

 

1. We ship to WORLDWIDE ( excluding some counties and APO/FPO)

2. Item will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (except weekends and holidays) after the payment is cleared or received.  
3. If you would like to post to other address , please timely leave us a note when making payment .
We will NOT be responsible for any delivery failure due to unclear, unconfirmed or incomplete addresses given.  

Note: Shipping time will be highly depended on the courier company and destination customs.

Note:1, All tax are buyers duty, seller not undertaken.

     2, For customs problems, we may choose other shipping method which can pass the customs easily.

     3, For post shipping, we usually declare 5-20 USD, fast shipping more than 27 USD, if you have requirement on it, please write note about it when you place the order.

     4, For fast shipping, if your place is a remote area, we’ll require extra 32USD remote shipping cost or ship by other method instead, please understand that.
