Sony EAC-88 RF to F-Type Quick Connect Pin Jack for Video Games, etc.

As seen in the pictures below, this is a discontinued Sony item, part number EA-88.  It converts the traditional RF type of input jack to a more modern cable - type of jack used in video games and other assorted devices. 

The Sony Japan site calls it a F-type Quick Connect, but we Americans might call it something else.
