CHINA CHILDREN
ANTIQUE DOLL REPRODUCTION
IRISH BOY WITH NEWSPAPER

Nice recreation of a 1930' Newspaper boy China Children by M. Clay & S. Davis. Fully Poseable Handcrafted Porcelain Doll. Allow me to introduce this handsome lad a Irish Newspaper Boy. He is entirely crafted in the finest porcelain. His glass eyes are hand set, and his facial features are lovingly painted by hand. He is cozily dressed in the traditional Irish clothing worn by those who fish Galway Bay. His sweater is made from home-spun wool and is a hand-knit replica of the traditional sweaters worn to keep out the wind and weather of the exposed coastlines. His trousers and cap are home-spun in a course material called tweed. He wears sturdy shoes and warm sox. He is a full 11 inches tall and his head, arms and legs are articulated, making him fully poseable. He wears his original hang tag.  A proud Irishman, He's of an age where he's lovely pure Irish joy and charm but without the blarney. This is a fine quality collector's doll meant for display, not a toy. He comes with hang tag and doll stand, but no original box.  Comes from a Smoke and Pet free Home!
