2nd set may not have selvages as shown in picture.  All stamps have no material defects unless shown in pictures or specifically noted in Description.  Please look closely at pictures.  Used stamps may have minor perf or corner creases.  Used revenues often have creases, minor perf tears and signs of heavy usage, which are not always mentioned in my listings.  Please ask a question before bidding if you are uncertain/concerned about the condition.  Stamps delivered without background mounting materiel or pages.  For mint/unused common, modern stamps, the stamp(s) you receive may not be the one shown, but will be of comparable quality.  You can ask for a picture if you like.

SHIPPING

I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases up to $65 total value bought in a 7 day period for an additional cost of 35 cents per item as long as they are paid for with one PayPal payment.  If you pay for items individually, you will not benefit from the same reduced S/H costs.  Wait for or ask for a combined invoice before paying.  The first S/H charge for buys of different S/H charges will be the highest cost listed.   

Additional booklets, covers or books may be at a higher cost due to weight. Please ask for or wait for an invoice before paying if you are buying a few heavier items.  The extra charge is only the additional postage for the extra weight. 

To ensure your are fully reimbursed if the item is lost in the mail, you should ask for registered mail. Purchases over $65 in total will be sent registered mail at buyer's expense.  Additional cost will be $12 to Canada, $15 to the US and $19 to the rest of the world.

I would appreciate payment within 8 days.  Payment by PayPal preferred. Please email me if you wish to pay by means other than PayPal.  International and US buyers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, fees and VATs.

I list a large number of items, so I will make the occasional mistake. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please do not leave negative or neutral feedback or low ratings until you have contacted me first.  If I have erred in the description, I will replace the item or provide a full refund (including S/H), in addition to paying your return postage.  If I have not erred, I will still allow you to return the item if you wish, and will refund you your purchase price, less a small amount to account for fees that are not reimbursed to me.  If the title and/or description do not match the picture, please enquire which is correct before bidding.  If you bid without enquiring, I will assume you are happy with either.

ABBREVIATIONS USED IN LISTINGS

MNH/NH - Mint, unused stamp with never hinged gum.

MH - Mint unused stamp, previously hinge, hinge remnant may or may not be present. 

UN, UNUSED or MNG - a mint stamp with no gum remaining but has never been attached to an envelope.

CV - Unitrade Catalogue Value (2017)

VF - Overall condition rating, Very Fine.  Sound paper and bright color, excellent centering.

F - Fine overall condition rating.

FVF - a stamp with good margins rated between fine and very fine.

EF/Select - an exceptional stamp with almost perfect margins, pristine gum, and generally excellent paper and color condition.

OG - Original Gum

GD - Gum sheen deterioration

MOGH - Mint stamp with original gum, previously hinged, with or without hinge remnant.

MVLH/MLH - a mint stamp that has a very light or light hinge marking.

SON - Socked-on-nose cancellation.
