ALL pictures in the listing are of exact item - you buy what you see we do our best to show all the defects in the pictures if there are some, sometimes we might miss some if item condition is very important to you, please contact us by eBay message or email and we will send you.
COMPATABILITY: please match your part number and make sure the part is compatible before purchasing it. All electrical components are removed used cars without any programming or resetting (unless stated differently). Make sure that you will be able to use it for your needs.
All parcels sent have a tracking number. All items are shipped within the same or next working days (unless stated differently, some big parts like interior sets, engines, gearboxes might need 1-3 working days to prepare for shipping). We can send out the item only after receiving a CLEARED payment.
Standard shipping option is usually sent by national postage, delivery to European Union usually takes 4-10 working days, to countries outside of EU it might take about 10-35 working days.
Express shipping to EU: these parcels are sent by GLS, DPD, UPS, DHL or TNT courier company, delivery usually take about 3-7 working days.
Faster express delivery in 1-3 working days is also available, but delivery price needs to be checked individually. If you want to check this delivery cost, please send us a message with your full address.
We can offer worldwide express delivery for almost all items, but they need to be checked individually as well, please send us a message with your full address.
We only accept PayPal or cash on collection from our warehouse. Orders must be paid within 48 hours after purchase, if payment is not received within 48 hours an unpaid item case will be opened automatically.
You can return the item if you purchased the wrong item or changed your mind too, but in this case the refund will be given only for the item - original P&P cost excluded, buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
If you received an item which was not as described in the listing, you can return the item for a full refund. Please note all returns need to be confirmed by ebay message firstly -PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PARCEL TO THE ADDRESS ON SHIPPING LABEL - we have a separate returns warehouse which handles all return cases. All returns should be sent out in 30 calendar days after date of receive. We will issue a refund in 24-72 hours after we receive the item, but it must follow these criteria:
- 1. Original condition and safe package for transportation so the item does not get broken.
- 2. Exact the same item we sent to you. All our items have UV markings and other authorisation markings. If any of it will be missing refund will NOT BE GIVEN and such buyers will be reported to eBay for cheating.
