Here are two little tools we use a lot as locksmiths, the black measuring tool is great for getting the exact size euro cylinder without having to

remove the lock from the door, simply put the middle pointer into the retaining screw on the side of the door and slide the ends

till they meet the face of the handles both in and outside of the door.

The blue tool is very handy for turning the cam, operating the spindle, whilst working on the door or if you snap the cylinder you can use

the tool to turn the cam whilst the retaining screw is still in place.
