One State Bank of Vietnam 1000 dong banknotes. Presented on the obverse is from Ho Chi Minh and on the reverse is Haipong Port. Serial numbers have 2 letters and 7 digits. Among the few unsigned notes, the cotton paper banknote is from the 2nd series of dong notes of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.The note is 130mm x 65mm and the color is red. The notes were printed in 1988 and released on August 15, 1989. The note is among those pre 2003 Vietnam banknotes that are still in circulation. Notes are clean, crisp, wrinkle-free, uncirculated with original serial numbers. These are authentic banknotes in crisp, uncirculated condition.
