Rosehip Oil is a fruit oil extracted from the seeds of the rosehip, an amber berry-like fruit that grows wild on rosehip bushes and is left behind after the rose has flowered and dropped its petals.
The oil is separated from the seeds via a cold-press extraction to preserve all the nutrients and the magical elixir that is left behind is pure indulgence and luxury for the skin. Rosa Moschata is brimming in vitamins, including Vitamins A C, D and E all of which provide powerful antioxidant protection. It is also rich in fatty acids to aid in tissue regeneration and to help keep the skin beautifully youthful.
Our Rosehip oil is a carrier oil rich in vitamins A & E which combat free radicals that cause damage, and vitamin A, combined with the oil's essential fatty acids, help improve skin tone, texture and pigmentation. It helps improve the look and feel of your skin. It has high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, containing up to 49% linoleic acid and 34% linolenic acid,
Also Its hydrating and gentle qualities can be used to treat a range of skin conditions from stretch marks to age spots and many more. It’s considered a 'dry' oil as it absorbs into the skin easily without leaving an oily residue

Stability: Can be prone to oxidation so store in cool, dry locations and avoid storing in bottles that have a large head space.
Recommended Uses: While this can be used neat on the skin we recommend using it diluted to avoid any skin staining or heavy skin feel. Dilutions of between 1-20% are common.
