LOT OF 10 (TEN) BIBLICAL URIM AND THUMMIM A possible representation with imitation glass stones (If you are looking for fewer quantities, check my other listings for lots of 1, 2, and 5)
"Believed to be light and dark precious stones kept in the breastplate of the High Priest, the Urim and Thummim were used by the High Priest to discern the will of G-d." Exodus 28:30; Leviticus 8:8, Numbers 27:21; Deuteronomy 33:8; 1 Samuel 28:6; Ezra 2:63; Nehemiah 7:65 There is no clear Biblical description of what the URIM ("lights" "revelation" "doctrine") and THUMMIM ("perfections" "completion" or "truth") were. Perhaps they were white (Alabaster) and black (Hematite or Onyx) stones used as a sacred lot. Some believe that URIM glowed when in the breastplate and that G-d illuminated certain letters in the names of the 12 tribes on the breastplate stones to communicate His will in matters. Of the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet 18 are found within these 12 tribal names. The other 4 letters may have been located on the THUMMIM (hence "completion" or "perfection"). "And thou shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be upon Aaron's heart, when he goeth in before the LORD: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the LORD continually.""Exodus 28:30
