This is a very fine small Antique Repoussed Silver Box from Thailand. This detailed piece dates from the early part of the 1900's and is typical of the beautiful silver metalwork being created in Thailand after the turn of the century.  This silver container was purchased in Bangkok in the early 1970's by my father during one of his quarterly buying trips for his Antique Shop in Penang, Malaysia.  The box was purchased in Bangkok’s jewelry district bordered by Silom Road and Surawong Road.

Please review pictures closely in regards to condition of the box.  The box has not been polished and retains it’s original antique patina.  Applying silver polish would drastically change the box’s appearance if you prefer a shinier / newer looking piece.

Silver Box Dimensions: 2 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches high.  Silver Weight: 1.1 ounces
