CURBSIDE SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
- Free Shipping within within Canada (Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories Excluded);
- Installation is available within GTA, Ontario;
- Fast Delivery - The estimated delivery time will be approximately 1 - 2 business day from the time of receiving payment;
- FREE Local Pickup can be ready in an hour at the warehouse, please contact for the arrangement;
- Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of checkout. This is required so the shipping company can contact you to arrange your delivery
- Curbside Delivery service does not include set up, assembly of items, haul away or removal of packaging materials. Please have your helper ready upon arrival due to the weight of shower doors
- Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal. No ship to PO box, APO or FPO.
- The tracking number will be emailed after the shipment is made.
- The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be scheduled within a 4-hour window.
- A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
- Express delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
- International Shipping Available. Please check with your country's customs office to determine the possible duties prior to buying.
RETURN POLICY
We make sure the customer is 100% pleased. Our team ensures that orders are perfectly packaged to minimize any damage, check for the correct item and items shipped on time.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
- Inspect all shipments upon arrival and before signing Proof of Delivery receipts.
- If there is damage, you must refuse the order and describe the damage on the delivery receipt. Simply write items arrived damaged and notify us immediately, it would be helpful by taking photos at the same time.
- If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS NOT DUE TO DAMAGE:
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to request a return. All returns mush in original, unused condition (item and packaging) and resalable accompanied by the original invoice. Please kindly keep all parts and doors securely packed in return.
- We reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items if the return is damaged.
- Please note there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
OTHER ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Due to the nature of these products, they are not eligible for return and this purchase is a final sale: Toilet Seats, Cleaners.
- All altered items, installed, special orders, custom orders, clearance products, and floor models are also final sale and are not eligible for return
- SPECIAL ORDER AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS-All custom and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
- Shipping and Delivery fees are not refundable
- Customs Duty is not eligible for return (if applicable).
