The world of analog photography is in a wonderful state of creative flux. While demands for some lenses and cameras are still high, the digital revolution caused supply to exceed demand for many vintage cameras. Experimentation has never been cheaper.

Many creative photographers have been mounting projector lenses, copy lenses, enlarger lenses, and just about any kind of crazy glass they can get their hands on. The results are, well, experimental. Sometimes amazing, sometimes poetic, sometimes obfuscating, but always individual.

This lens board is 3d printed plastic blank that can be cut and sanded easily. It has been designed for a light tight fit with no alterations to shape required. There may be a tiny amount of wiggle room- this is intentional. The goal is to have a lens board that is easily swap-able- not one that wedges in place permanently.

There is a small divot in the backside of the lens board that allows easy drilling with a hole saw or spade bit. The price point of the board is such that you can keep spares, and alter the product as needed to accommodate specific projects.

This is for the lens board only.

About me: I am an artist, college professor, creative photographer, and maker. I sell mostly Polaroid cameras, shoot mostly analog, and love to hack things. I am and have always been a huge fan of the DIY movement. I have a blog called Lo-Fi and DIY(lofianddiy).

Note: I put 10 business days handling on my custom camera backs because I make them to order. I often come in at earlier than that time, but sometimes I experience a lot of orders(not complaining!), so I will likely need a lot of that time to get it built and shipped to you. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding! Aaron
