We have a prominent history in Furniture and have over 20yrs experience sourcing and supplying from overseas including, China, Asia, South America & Europe.  

As We are direct importers who visit and supervise our suppliers factories, all our products are kept continuously as low priced as possible. We can also source any specific product for our customers for supply as wholesale, joblots or full direct container loads. We strive to supply only the best quality products with excellent service and delivery and aim to give our customers 100% every time. If at any time you feel our high standards are not sufficient or have failed in any way then we please ask you speak to us first and allow us to rectify any query immediately.

Delivery Info

Orders will be dispatched within the next working day after confirmation of your payment.

Tracking details for your item will be available once your item has been dispatched if you require them.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct on eBay as this is essential. Should you require an alternate address please change this before payment.

All products will be delivered directly from our UK warehouses. If you have not received your package/s in the allotted time frame please contact us so we can raise it with our couriers and arrange a replacement to be sent through via the eBay Messaging system via contact the seller (found on your eBay Order ) and our UK service team will reply to you within 24 hours. 

if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Faulty

It's bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.

If the fault occurs within days of purchase (or delivery or installation) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund.
