*These are not plastics! They're custom graphics, they don't come with plastics. 

*All order cancellations are required to be made within 24 hours from ordering. If you decide to cancel your order after receiving your graphic proof, a 10% designing fee will be charged. Meaning that you will receive a total of 90% refund.

*We require a minimum of 3 business days to create the specific design for your bike. The advertised design has to be replicated to your motorcycle's template. In case you need an expedite request, please inquire about our expedite order fee and expedite shipping.

*If you need modifications on your design, be mindful that we won't do 10 minutes after you send us an email. Up to 3 modifications are included with orders. Modifications are done once a day, and there is a waiting list based on order date.

*There is a $20 fee for adding logos to the graphics. Customers are responsible for providing non-motorcycle related logos in high resolution files such as EPS or CDR.

*After approval of graphic design we require a minimum of 2 business day to ship your order. All graphics are printed using solvent ink, the vinyl has to be completely dry before we laminate with the shinny thick protection coat.

*After receiving a message with your graphic proof you have up to 2 business days to ask for modifications or approving. If we don't receive any messages back, we will print & ship WITHOUT NAME & NUMBERS.

*We offer different shipping methods before order checkout. If you want a shipping with precise delivery time, please select UPS. If you have selected USPS, we can't change it for you. USPS has had delays, specially during holidays and weather issues, we WON'T reprint graphics just because your order is running late. 

*The ETA showing on Ebay is DOES NOT apply for customized items. Only applies for non-customized items which are shipped within 1-2 business days.

*Be mindful that if your motorcycle is NOT the same as the one pictured it is impossible to look EXACTLY the same. We will still use the same design, however it has to be adapted to your motorcycle's template. 

*Custom graphics are NOT eligible for return. If you have approved a design for printing and later after receiving you did not like it, THERE IS NOTHING WE COULD DO. If you're unsure about the design, fonts, size, logos, anything, please ask.

*If an error was done on our end, please contact us and we will gladly replace you with new graphics.
