This is a USA Cityscape
Postal Card FDC from 1989.
The card is Scott
UX138, a 15c “America the Beautiful” Washington United States
Capitol card with an Artmaster World Stamp Exposition 1989 design and
cancelled by a pictorial “FIRST DAY OF ISSUE WASHINGTON, DC 20066 NOVEMBER 26
1989” CDS.
The
condition of the postal card is as seen in the photos and is in excellent
condition, though has the Scott reference hand-written in pencil in the top
left-hand corner.
Hopefully
