Production & Turnover
- The majority of our products are individually hand printed to order and the time needed to prepare items ready for dispatch varies depending on the size & type of order required. Your patience is greatly appreciated :-)
- Please allow approx. 2 to 4 business days for your order to be made + postage time to receive it.
- The lead up to Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter & Christmas can be very busy & turnover may take longer than usual during peak times.
- Occasionally there may be production delays due to unforeseen circumstances however, we will always let you know if it will take longer than 5 business days to complete your order.
- We are available most weekdays, Monday to Friday & some Saturdays. We always try to answer all inquiries within a few hours but sometimes life gets in the way & it may take us a little longer to get back to you. We are closed on Sundays.
Postage & Handling
- Items are dispatched: Monday to Friday via Australia Post, usually within 2 to 4 business days of order confirmation.
- Combined shipping: Discounts apply when your purchase 2 or more items. You only pay shipping for the first item in your cart, any further items are sent in the same parcel at no extra cost. Please add all items to your ebay cart before checkout to automatically apply combined shipping discounts across a single transaction.
- Free shipping: Applies for all orders over $70. Free shipping deals are automatically applied in your cart at checkout.
- Standard post: Delivery time estimates vary from 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind we have no control over delivery times once your order is travelling within Aust Post mail system.
- Express & Registered post: Options are available for selection during checkout. Express Post delivery times vary from 1 to 4 business days depending on your state and location. Please note: Express post will speed up delivery time but does not speed up item production time.
- To avoid any chance of disappointment: It is highly recommended you place orders well before an event/deadline and allow plenty of time for your items to be made and posted.
Returns & Exchanges
- We gladly accept returns & exchanges for most our stock standard designs.
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to organise your return and send items back within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
- Unfortunately we are unable to provide returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they arrive defective or the fault is clearly ours (eg; spelling error)
Colour & Print Variations
- Most of our items are printed to order and exact duplication of colours, prints, fonts, design size & other design elements is not always guaranteed. Because each item is individually hand printed, occasionally there maybe minor inconsistencies or small imperfections however every effort is always made to every item as perfect as possible.
- Our listing images are digital mocks ups, used for illustrative purposes only and end products may not be appear as bright or vibrant as seen on a digital screen. Due to differences in screen resolutions & ink pigments and other conditions during production operations, a reasonable variation from listing images, colour proofs and a completed job may occur.
