The ZIEX ZE960 A/S features a 65,000 mile / 105,000 km Limited Tread Life Warranty for H & V-rated sizes, and a 45,000 mile / 70,000 km Warranty for W-rated sizes.

Payment is accepted via Paypal or Credit Card Only. North Carolina residents are responsible for 7.00% sales tax and 2% tire disposal tax as required by state law.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of receiving order. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery to valid street addresses only. WE DO NOT SHIP TO ANY PO BOXES, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, APO/FPO, or US PROTECTORATES. We also can?t ship to an address other that what is listed as the ship to address in the order. If you need to ship to a different address, we will need to cancel the order and you will need to reorder with the correct address in the ship to. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns

We do gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase if tires have not been mounted or driven on. All returns must be approved by us and return labels provided by us. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges as well as a 10% restocking fee. Refund will be processed within 48 hours of being received and inspected by our team. If by chance you receive something other than what was ordered, we will provide return labels at no charge to return the incorrect product and get the correct product headed your way. Please verify your size, load range and sidewall lettering (White Letter or Blackwall) before ordering. We are not responsible for wrong product being ordered.
