Please Note:

1.     Since the USB Data HUB is mainly for data transfer, it isn't recommended to use this HUB to charge your device.

2.     A detachable USB 3.0 B-Male to A-Male cable and a power supply were provided in the box, please make sure using the power adapter when plugged with high powered devices such as external hard drives.

3.     To avoid scratches during transportation, the surface treated with a mirror effect is covered with a protective film, which could be peeled off.

Q: Why doesn't the mouse react when I insert the wireless mouse receiver into this product?

A: According to Intel, USB 3.0 devices have noise of 2.4-2.5GHz, which may affect communication using this frequency band. Therefore, 2.4 GHz wireless devices (wireless keyboard, mouse adapter, etc.) may not work near a USB3.0 device or hub. Try using the host port or a USB 2.0 connection.Or use an extension cable to keep the receiver away from the USB 3.0 cable.
