Payment Policy

We accept PayPal payment only!

Payments must be made within 2 days after you have won and committed to item purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if timely payment is not received.

We ship to any VALID address, please add your shipping address into your PayPal account prior to make purchase

We DO NOT change delivery address after payment is made or while en route to original . If your shipping address is not the one listed on your payment, we can help you to cancel the order first and place a new order with correct address.

Return Policy

Return must be requested within 7 days of item delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

20% of original selling price will be charged for returned item as reinstock fee. We DO NOT waive restock fee under any circumstances.

Any type of mail fraud will lead to legal ramification.

Refund will be processed after we receive the returned item and verify its status. We reserve the right to charge extra fees if item returned is damaged or intentionally abused.

Shipping Policy

Winners within the U.S. continental 48 states: Standard shipping is USPS Service. Please allow approximately 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available with surcharges. We Do not Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories.
International winners: Fedex international ($40.00) plus $10.00 insurance is required. We may help to claim item as low value gift, but buyers are responsible for the customs duty if any.
Warranty is provided by manufacturer.
We DO NOT ship to APO, AFO addresses. Please select your physical address instead during checking out.
We usually ship out your order within 1 business days.
