Shipping Address
• We'll ONLY ship the item to your eBay Confirmed Address, so please make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy item.
• We have no responsibility for shipping address provided wrongly and will not accommodate address change requests. It is buyer responsibility to make sure address is correct.

Shipping Time

• We try our best to ship out same day for payment cleared before 2.00 PM (Central Time), otherwise we will ship on next working days.
• Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.
• We use USPS First Class Mail (with tracking on most items). Big order will be shipped via Priority mail (with tracking) automatically without any extra shipping cost.
• International shipping is not provided and this includes courier services and other modes of international shipping. Buyers placing order through one of these means buys at own risk. Items will not be replaced unless original item is returned.

Return & Warranty

DOA/defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory.Please request an RMA number via email for exchange. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns.
Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it.
The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items.
Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
If the retail package has been opened, and item return for a refund is not defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.Please allow 5 to 15 business days after we receive the item to process your return.
