How to Return Items:
- Send us a message regarding with the item you want to return and wait for our response for at least 36hours.
- When returning an item please included the invoice on the items package, or it may take longer to process the refund.
- Please write "Re-Imported Goods" or "Return Cargo" in large letters on the surface of the package.
- Please send the item back through International postal service that provides a tracking number.
- Please make sure to fully insured the package for the return shipment
- Buyer must pay for shipping charges in advance. Collect/Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
