If you return the item, please return it in all original packaging and accessories. Please note that we will not be able to issue a refund if the returned merchandise is damaged or missing.
There is no guarantee of remaining power for backup batteries or built-in batteries. Dry cell batteries, etc. are excluded due to the convenience of package delivery and their tendency to cause problems.

A2. Yes, we can ship in bulk. However, only additional items purchased within 3 days of the initial purchase are eligible.
Q3. If combine multiple items into one package, can I reduce the overall shipping cost?
A3. Yes, if you purchase products together in a way that meets the conditions of A2 above, the shipping cost is only for one product, which is very economical. Shipping for the second and subsequent items will be free.
Q4. I purchased multiple items, but the purchase confirmation page shows shipping charges for all items. Can't I get free shipping after the second item?
Don't worry, we will refund you the overcharged shipping fee when we ship the item. Please understand that due to eBay's specifications, shipping charges are billed for each item.
Q5. I would like to see additional images of the products.
A5. We take pictures in turn and add them as needed. We are sorry, but we do not offer the service of providing additional photos upon your individual request.

A7. The Very Good condition we offer means that the item is in relatively clean condition for a used item.
