Made in China for sale in Taiwan. Loot from these boxes will work on any server worldwide except China. 

The Spectral Tiger loot (1:484 packs) is good on all US / NA / EU servers. Plus there are the same other loots available as are in a English fires of Outland boxes—Gone Fishin and Goblin Gumbo.  Customers are also reporting other loots being pulled from packs such as: king mukla, Fortune Telling, Rest and Relaxation. Customers are also reporting they are getting (1) loot per box.

In summary, it is safe to expect at least (1) of the following loot per box--

At 19 cards per pack, ALL the cards are written in Chinese characters. Also includes some Dark portal—hence the Dark Portal loot. China started releasing later so this box included cards from earlier expansions.
