Payment Policy:

• We accept payment by PayPal, and we only ship to the address which the buyer provides within the PayPal payment, no exceptions.
• If you would like to pay with a non-PayPal payment method, please contact us before bidding to see if we can arrange something.
• Buyers are given 5 days from winning bid to pay, and payment is expected of all winning bidders.
• If no payment is made within 5 days, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with eBay, and the buyer forfeits the auction win.
• Please be advised we ship to confirmed U.S. addresses only. We do NOT accept orders from outside the U.S.

Shipping:

• Shipping price includes all handling charges, packaging and all other expenses associated with the transaction.
• All products will be shipped within 2 business days of the payment being cleared. (We will try to ship all items within 1 business day, where possible).
• Please contact us before bidding if you would like a shipping discount for multiple items.
• We only ship to the continental U.S.

Return Policy: 

• Any PC’s sold AS-IS are only meant to be as described and come with no warranty.
• We will repair any hardware issues you may encounter with your pc within 30 days of delivery (only on units with DOA warranty).  If repair or a replacement is not available, your payment will be refunded minus shipping cost.
• Item must be shipped back to us exactly as it was shipped to the buyer, at the expense of the buyer within 30 days of delivery.
• We work very hard to make sure a buyer does not have to go through the experience of receiving a DOA item.  This is why all products are tested before shipment.
• Please keep in mind DOA warranty means dead on arrival, i.e. the pc is dead and won’t boot.  Software and physical imperfections are not covered under DOA. Although buyers are always welcome to contact us for help with any issue they may have with their pc.
• Computers arriving DOA from us is rare and we try our best to protect you from any situation where you would have to ask for a refund or exchange.  In the rare instance where this happens, we just want you to know we are here for you
