*These boots may be sent without a box to save on shipping cost. If you are purchasing from outside of Australia you may be charged (USA exempt) import duties by your country. Please also note you will be required to do signature on delivery unless you arrange otherwise. If you reject the shipment without paying duties or you don't collect your parcel and it is returned to us then we will refund what you paid less $60 to cover our costs.

We allow you to return your products within 30 days of receiving, however you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return to us, unless we have sent you the wrong product or the product is faulty.
