We have worked on land rovers for 25 years and repaired 100s of corroded sill sections
We have honed down the sill repair panel to its most efficient and ''EASY ON'' repair sections.
These simple 18s gauge coated sections will repair both the inner and outer sill on all but the most rotten vehicle.
Super fast to fit with minimal strip down.
These sections fit exactly were they are needed.

*Please note the inner sill repair will require trimming around the strengthening sections on the inner sills of some models.
The outer sill section requires one cut to fit into the wheel arch.
These sections will only repair the outer sill up to the door seal and the inner sill to 5 cm from the base.
If the chassis mounts are not solid these repairs will not be adequate.

to ensure all rust under and around the repair is killed permanently.
Seal around your repair with POLYFLEX overpaintable, moisture curing,
polyurathane sealant.
Overpaint sealant repair and surrounding area with BERSAVAL no primer,
gloss black paint.
Spray or brush TETRA SHUTZ underseal to underbody areas.
Overspray all when dry and spray into cavities with WAX SEAL
for combined postage with ''EASY ON'' panels and
