Condition is used. Overall condition is fair to good. Cover and spine sun-lightened; some browning and spotting. Spine and some of the edges are starting to separate. Top part of the spine moving down 3/4 of the way is rather delicate and in some need of attention. See pics. Inside the covers the pages are in very good condition with only a couple of the first few pages showing any serious wear.
