This is a Nyasaland British Central Africa 1891 L2 Arms "BCA" Rose-Red Stamp. It is in Mint Original Gum and Fine Condition. This is a very rare stamp to find in this condition. It is S.G. 15 and is valued at L1400 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalog.
