NO REFUNDS or RETURNS. but if for some reason the item is to be sent back you must post it back at your expense in the packaging and condition it as sent to you . insurance is offered (choose the reg post option when paying) in case of items being damaged in the post or lost. if you dont pay for insurance you must take it up with the post office NOT ME unless you post it back at your expense so i can show the post office & make a claim on your behalf.
you cant keep the item and get a full refund you must post the item back for a partial refund . you get refunded the actual item buy price only (not the P&H costs )MINUS a 25% fee of the original purchase price for associated fees and admin costs involved and to resell the item  no postage is refunded!
