Our BĀSAN Cords are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Return any cord purchased from us at any time if it proves otherwise. We do not want you to have anything from BĀSAN Cord that is not completely satisfactory.
Just return the damaged product to BĀSAN Cord, at its option, will either replace the cord, or if your color is out of stock or no longer carried, we will send you a replacement cord of comparable value at our discretion.
As our valued customer, you may request a different color or charging device, if desire, and if it is available we will honor your request! You will be required to pay a $5.99 shipping and handling charge for a single replacement product (please add $1.50 for each additional cord returned).
