An original Jaguar MK2 front shock absorber lower mounting bracket, Jaguar part number C8689 (item 30 in the illustration) it also fits the S Type and 420 and of course the V8 Daimler.
It's had a blast & a
spray on coat of ZG-90 galvanise applied to prevent corrosion so it's ready
for rebuilding or if you prefer to have it powder coated the spray can easily
be removed by the paint shop prior to powder coating.
It's got some age related
surface undulations (from over 50 years of salty roads and wet
weather service) but it's still good for many more years of service.
It need to go to a good home so any reasonable offer considered.
