One wood screw of four is lacking underneath. Handle on top is lacking and also 2 holes on top show that some sort of levers / rods / control knobs are lacking. Small chip to porcelain dial face in upper right.
Alarm bell rings and bell hammer moves rapidly back and forth.
Brass back plate is engraved "CARILLION" and
"MOUVMENT."
Clock needs cosmetic and minor repair as can be seen.
