Please study pictures carefully, most of our items are second-hand and they will have imperfections and marks, major damage will be clearly stated. For a more in depth condition report or for any other queries please contact us direct.

Before purchasing any items, please make sure you have sufficient funds in place to pay within 24 hours, and if there are no postage options available, you are able to collect the item within 14 days. Storage charges will be added for items not collected within 14 days.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING FOR SMALL ITEMS 

Most of our small items include free UK postage. All our items are carefully packaged in new bubble wrap and posted in cardboard boxes. (smaller items will be sent in padded envelopes) Most of our items are dispatched the following (working) day after payment has been received. Please bare in mind if you purchase something on a Friday, it will not be dispatched until Monday morning.

DELIVERY FOR FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS 

We can arrange delivery to most parts of the UK for around £60-80. If you require delivery, message us BEFORE you purchase any items.

RETURN POLICY - 

If your item is damaged when it gets to you, we will provide a return label and offer you a full refund once the item has been returned. We will require pictures of the damage & damage to packaging

If you wish to return your item because of an error on your side or you simply have changed your mind, you are welcome to return your item however you must organise and pay for the return postage yourself, and your refund will be minus the original postage cost we payed to get the item to you.
