Vintage handmade (mkd. inside solid copper) copper with a strip of embossed brass around the center, measures inside 6-1/4" tip to tip plus a 1" gap, can be gently opened to fit a 8" wrist, is 3/4' wide. Very good condition, you may want to polish it, but looks good as is.  A nice quality old piece.
