We cut to size your Sliding Gate - You assemble and Install

- Tell me what height and width

- Tell me colour of slats 

- Tell me if you want black, cream or white gate frames

- Tell me if you want 10mm or 16mm or 40mm gaps between the slats

For example a typical 1600mm tall and 4500mm wide gate and supplied in DIY form (which still needs assembly by you) would cost around $1510 which is around $210 per SQM. 

If you want us to assemble then supply and build is $250 extra.  We do not install at your location and the pickup is from Narangba. (e.g. price above is for 16mm gaps and black slats)

We can supply to suit either horizontal slats or vertical slats.  Please specify or it will be made to suit traditional horizontal.

If you BUY my manual roller kit the height of the wheels and track,  is 70mm off the concrete to the underside of the gate so allow for that when determining your gate height.

What you should know:

- Payment of $250 needs to be made for any custom orders of sliding gates

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 2-5mm difference in final size

- When we quote you slat gaps (10mm or 16mm or 40mm) this will be the gap between the slats.  The gap between the first slat and last slate to the frame will be equal.  This is because we do not cut (or rip) slats long ways.  So if you want the same gap all the way through your gate then ask us for a height close to your needs that divides equal.

- If you buy DIY the tools you would need to build the gate would be a Tek drill, tape measure and a Square.

 

Gate outside frame material is available in:

- Satin Black frame

- Gloss White frame

- Gloss Cream frame

- However the slats within the frame can be any of our 8 colours

When cut allow a -5 to +5 tolerance for the size you ask. 

For slider gates under 5m we add a 400mm motor tail to the gate to allow you to connect to your sliding gate motor.

We don't supply any motors but we can sell a manual kit to allow you to get the U-Post and wheels and stoppers and rollers and track for $400 extra

* You need to have DIY experience

* Price does not come with any posts - buying the extra roller kit will get you the U-Post and all parts needed to slide

* Heavy Duty alloy 76mm x 76mm posts are available from our warehouse at $30lm

* If buying our 76x76mm posts for the closed Post, the one when the gate receiver goes on then it is $30LM

* Instructions are provided 

* Each install and each home is different.  You may need extra hardware or less hardware.

*At least 2 people needed to install

**We use backload trucks for all of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
