it is WiFi and cellular (AT&T)

used by my elderly mother until she could no longer see and it does have a dented corner and a slight bend which are both visible in the photos. Screen has minor "scratches". NONE of these interfere with it's functioning. 

She loved using it for Solitaire. The plus over other products is it's 10 inch size which allows those with sight impairment to read email (wifi) and play games, browse the internet and just plan have "connectivity". 

It will play music, too!
