This is a Corning Ware Cornflower P-34-B 4 QT Dutch Oven Casserole with a Glass Domed Lid A-12-C & Metal Rack. It is in good used condition, no chips or cracks, the casserole is shiny inside and out.  There are some light cleaning scratches on the rims and some small stains in the seams on the underside of the rim.  There are some very light contact or utensil marks inside and some shelf ware marks on the bottom.  The glass lid is clear, no chips or cracks.  The rack shows discoloration from use.
