Item Condition 

 This unit shows moderate to light signs of use, including small scratches  on the bottom casing and moderate scratches on the top casing and screen. Use pictures for reference. 

Previously Owned 

This item has been fully tested and found to be functional as described. The images above may include a variety of stock images and actual images of the product offered in this listing. Please refer to the item condition box for further specific information about the condition of this item. 

Payment 

PayPal is the only form of payment accepted and Immediate Payment is required.

Shipping 

Items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. 

Items can only be shipped to the lower 48 United States. USPS packages that are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional charge.  

We do ship outside of the United States, though eBay global shipping program 

Items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States. The typical transit time for USPS is 2-5 business days after the item leaves the warehouse. Combined shipping is not guaranteed even if multiple items are paid with the same payment. 

Local pick-up is available. 

Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.  

In the checkout process, a phone number must be added since our delivery company requires this for all packages. 

Refund & Return Policy: 

We offer a 14-day return policy on all items purchased from us. 

Please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the item for a return. 

Do not ship the item back to us without contacting us first. 

Return shipping is responsibility of buyer. 

Warranty 

For functionality, this item comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent. 

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange. 

If an item needs to be returned due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, images may need to be sent through the eBay member to member communication system. 

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.  

The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
