STUNNING, LAURIE M. GODDARD, HAND-PAINTED MAPLE BOWL.

This gorgeous turned, hand-painted maple bowl was hand-made by Laurie M. Goddard. LM Goddard is a contemporary artist with modernist influences, emphasis on color, texture and innovative use of materials. Goddard has one of these same contemporary art bowls in the Permanent Collection at The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. The Museum purchased her bowl from The Crafts at The Castle Show as a "Director's Choice Award" winner.

The piece is incised signed "L M Goddard" in script on the bowl’s base. The entire surface was painted with unique colors and then protected with a latex polyurethane finish. Research this artist and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston - this is the real-deal. DIMENSIONS: 11 1/4" x 12 1/4" diameter x 3 1/4" tall. In exceptional condition. A true collector piece to be appreciated for years to come. Gorgeous bowl.
