 Create delicious iced treats using our new twin cup ice cream maker! 12cm in diameter (excluding the handle) x 12cm high (the bowls fit nicely in my freezer drawer). Recreate your favourite ice creams and sundaes at home with our fabulous new ice cream maker! The twin cups allow two different flavours to be made at the same time, meaning no more squabbles over who wants what! Complete the treat with our range of delicious ice cream sauces to drizzle over the top... Mmm, perfection! Instructions: Before using for the first time, place the inner bowl into a freezer eight hours in advance. Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix and allow the mix to cool in the refrigerator. - Assemble the ice cream maker as per the included instructions - Switch the ice cream on before adding the ice cream / sorbet mix to prevent the mix from immediately freezing on the inside of the bowl - Pour the ice cream / sorbet mix into the freezer bowl from the funnels. When pouring mixture into the bowl, always stop at least 4 cm from the top, as the mixture will increase in volume during freezing - Allow the mixture to churn until frozen or the desired consistency is reached. This can take up to 30 minutes, but most recipes will be ready in less time. Do not stop and start the machine during the freezing process, as the mixture may freeze in contact with the bowl and prevent movement of the paddle - Switch off the machine, remove the power unit/lid. The ice cream is ready to serve. The ice cream should be a "soft scoop" variety. This can be transferred to a separate container for storage in the freezer or if you wish to firm the ice cream before eating.
