Returns - Any items purchased from Kates Skates may be returned at your own expense within 30 days of your purchase (please note that returns in relation to Christmas are accepted up until the end of January). You may return your purchase for either a full refund or a replacement item. Any returned items MUST BE IN A NEW AND UN-USED CONDITION and with their original packaging. If you return an item to us that has been used we will send it back to you at your cost! After 30 days returns are at our discretion. When we receive the item(s) back we will take the appropriate action and either refund your money or send out new goods
