Up for auction is a beautiful censored Stationery cover from a  person named Max Merkl in the concentration camp in Dachau Germany and was sent to Nurnberg . Note this is a pre war cover which is very scarce as the concentration camp population did not expand dramatically until after the war began in 1939.

Dachau was the first nazi concentration camp and was the model on which all other concentration camps were built.

Priced to sell. Postmarked in April 23, , 1937. What is unusual about this cover is it has the preprinted envelope issued by concentration camp officials along with the censorship markings.

For the serious collector of Judaica and Holocaust related philately this is an exceptional item. Cover is in excellent condition.
