Monkey Shoulder Mini Speaker.

Size approx. 5cm width, 3.5cm height. 

There are no instructions but I believe it works with by plugging into a device with the 3.5mm jack and you can charge it with the USB cable supplied. 

It has an on / off switch and red / green light to indicate the charge but no volume adjustment.
